At Rachel Schweid Therapy Services, the emphasis is on holistic healing and growth. She is dedicated to providing personalized care, helping individuals and couples navigate their challenges and embark on a journey towards mental wellness.

Rachel has the belief that building and incorporating small, daily routines are the key to building self-trust and ultimately self-love. Her holistic approach to therapy that also includes meditation, yoga, journaling, creating healthy boundaries, somatic therapies incorporating movement, and more can heal the inner child and attachment wounds in all of us. With self-love comes the ability to not personalize actions from others and provides freedom and relief from external validation. Her enthusiasm for positive change starts with diving deep into our nervous systems, the biggest indicator of how we feel and how we manifest stress. Her beliefs are that most disorders are truly nervous system dysregulations- fight, flight, freeze, or fawn, which are learned conditioning and attachment traumas from childhood. She believes we can combat this and learn new skills and ways to interact in the world which starts with building a deeper connection with ourselves and ultimately creating genuine, human connections with those in our lives.
